Corroded brake line

Booked my Vectra C in for an MOT on Tuesday. It’s been off the road for about a year as I was away travelling but all was fine when I put it in storage.

Just pulled it out now to give it a wash and check over and the brakes were very spongy. Had a look underneath and it a section of brake pipe is corroded and must have blown as soon as I hit the brakes because fluid is dripping out continuously and spewing out if I apply the pedal. No drips in the garage so must have just happened when I pulled it out.

Don’t think I can drive it to the garage to get it fixed in this state. Is it a reasonably easy fix that I can do myself?
