    Default corroded front and rear brake discs.

    hi,would corroded front and rear brake discs cause the car to feel like the wheels are unbalanced at motorway speed?kwik fit just checked car over and sais discs are corroded and you can physically see but the rear tyres did not get done just the front.cheers

    Corroded discs alone wouldn't, but if they are warped in any way, then yes. Are you getting a pulsing through the brake pedal when you apply the brakes?

    Is the vibration through the steering wheel or the floor/seats? If its through the floor/seats that generally means the rear wheels need balanced.

    yeah its through the floor/seats mate.cheers will get rear wheels done and see if that solves it.

    Corroded or end of life discs normally make excessive noise during light braking
    If there is no noise, there is no issue with them
    The rears are usually worse as they are easier to hear
