New tyres fitted to the rear this weekend just gone.

They weren't worn down, just stupidly loud when driving. Car is much quieter now from the rear

Long time since I've updated this, but better late than never

So cars ticked over 165k miles recently.

Had the timing belt/waterpump and also the clutch replaced at about 160k miles. Clutch was pretty knackered after 80k miles, could feel it clanking through the pedal when depressed. Much quieter now!

A couple hundred miles ago the ABS and Traction control light came on, required the speed sensor wiring changing and also the bearing in one of the wheels was knackered so that was changed too.

Other than those things, she's pretty much been spot on. I don't think I'll replace the clutch and timing belt again, so think they will probably last until the end of the road for the car. She's nothing special but I've become attached over the 7 or so years

So the journey is coming to an end next week, put down a deposit today on a 2014 Astra VXR and i pick her up next Thursday.

Going to miss the veccy, 7 years of ownership! Done me well, but time for a change
