Front caliper size

Got a sticking n/s front brake ..might be caliper .If it is i have priced up a new caliper and brake hose .seller said needed to know brake disc size as there is 2 different caliper sizes.Looking on here it says 285mm for 1.8 petrol z18xer front discs.so would i need caliper that is also 285mm for front.cheers.p.s still waiting to get rear brake pipe sorted that has gone as well

if you tell them the disk size 285mm, they should know they need to send you the smaller caliper....But you are better off making sure by puling a wheel off and measuring the disk, some cars have been fitted with the bigger brake calipers and disks by the owners

Thanks i put 285mm discs on them .Do you know the size of the end fittings used on the brake pipes ?cheers
