Thanks a million my friend. You saved me. I've assembled the device mentioned in your tutorial and it worked! Of course, as you say, it only affects passive cooling, meaning that the radiator fan will not kick in before the coolant reaches 112 C but this is what was the case anyway even before I install the module. This is a small problem though since I rarely drive in heavy traffic conditions and in summer I almost use a/c all the time (it's hot in Greece) so the fan is engaged all the time.
After installing the module the coolant has an average temp of 93 C in normal driving conditions and it reaches aprox. 98 when driving uphill.
