Figured it's the start of 2010, and there'll be aload of you looking to lose some weight, or get back into the gym.

My friend went on this home workout before christmas, he's a student so I don't see him much. I never saw him for about 2 month or so, but when he came back, ****. He'd dropped from about 25%+ body fat to about 8%, and from about 13 stone to about 11! He said it's hard at times, but if you stick at it, you'll get such results. He also went on a high protein diet, which helped alot also. Not sure how it works out for women, but I know for you guys it can definately help!
