You remove the 4 mini bolts 1st, then use the radio keys, and then you find the unit has welded itself in to the cage and won't budge.

i used to thin screwdrivers through the holes instead of the proper removal things. I also removed the heater controls at the bottom to give my fingers nail something to gently pull it out from side to side

Not seen any with screws but it has been mentioned before so some must have them. You need those 'U'-shaped removal pins (or something similar). Push them in, even that can be a bit variable, until almost all of the straight bit is inside. That releases the clips from the side. Then pull the radio out, at the same time pulling the pin thingys 'apart' slightly so that they grip and don't just come straight back out. When you've got it out be careful with where you put, especially if it's still connected up as the sharpish edges will easily chip the finish on the dash.

They're little grub screws, allen key head on them, about the size of the o in the icons to the right where it says more when replying, you can't see them but if you put a key in it won't go in until you've removed these anti theft nuisance value screws, Plasma has it right with the heater control if it won't budge, sometimes you get lucky and it slides, a lot of other times it won't, hth.
