    Smile Fixed it up! Finally!

My car is almost 2 years old and I am ashamed to say for various reasons (Including someone reversing into me and driving off!!) was starting to get quite tatty. So over Christmas have tryed to fix it up.

Had the the whole front bumper and front wings sprayed, dent in the bonnet fixed, then the bonnet sprayed. The scrape on the side sprayed (covering the rear drivers side door, across to the body then onto the rear bumper) Then a scape on the other side of the rear bumper touched up. Only the scape on the rear door was my fault!

Then I added two new front tyres, tinted side repeaters, changed the front pads.

Then I fitted parking sensors (bought off ebay and work a treat, definately better than the stick on type and worth drilling the bumper!) Just finished fitting front heated seats as well.

So overall I'm pretty pleased, just got to get a new grill as mine is cracked.

What car do you have and how did you do the heated seats? Was the loom there?

Mine an exclusive 56 plate and no, the loom wasn't there for the heated seats, I used a aftermarket kit for the pads, then built a variable temp controller myself to control them via the vauxhall swithes! Only prob is that the lowest temperature setting is probs about 70% and full is 100% so there is not much adjustment range. I reckon mines the only exclusive with heated seats.

    I'll try get some pics

Hi mate, how/what did you modify to get the washer on the shark fin? After having my original whip aerial, and then my ed taylor bee sting nicked i think i'll get a shark, but want to keep the washer. Also need to find out if i can still pick up the GPS...
