Don't know the answer to this, but I thought that I could feel a cold draft on the drivers side, just around my ankles....but I thought it was just me being a complete turnip..
My wife likes it cold, just like her heart !!! (As caring as a Vauxhall Dealer).
She likes the windows of the house open on cold winter days...
So getting back to the query and wife comment...she would probably like the cold draft, and so as such never complained.

You need to do a bit of detective work. Have a look in the engine bay to see if any of the rubber bungs have come loose.

You might want to remove the glovebox and get your head up there to see why.

Maybe a heater duct has come dislodged and its blowing cold air straight down instaed of through the vents.

    Got to start somewhere

    Not sure on that one

Can only be a couple of screws at most.

Some you just unhook at the hinge.

Well theres your problem! Its not a cold draft in your car, your car is fine. Its HER thats wrong, she's just being delicate.
Tell her to be quiet and put the kettle on.
