    Your car runs better

Just follow the advice on the ebay page and mount it like he has shown and all should be fine

Had the car checked at my mates garage, he put his bosch diagnostics box on it and checked everything. He set up a graph to read the egr and I went for a 10 mile run when I came back all the graph showed was a flat line. He said it should show a spike every now and again. So that is what he thinks is the problem. Have ordered a new egr and will fit it when it arrives and post the results.

Why did you not just blank it off as per the ebay link?

Did you get a fault code then? Car and spanner light on?

If you had none of these then you could get away with using the blanking plug.
