    Default The dreaded subject................insurance!!!

Just wondering guys n gals, whether or not u all inform your insurance companies about every single modification that u make?
It's just that this subject doesnt seem to come up on this forum very often! (Perhaps i'm just being boring n too responsible!!)
I know the official protocol is that u declare everything, but assume that this puts premiums up even more?! (When times are hard enough as it is)
Also, i'm assuming that keeping information to ourselves, n not being completely honest with them, would indeed make the cover null n void in the event of an accident? Do we pick n choose wat they 'need' to know??!!
With so many gorgeous cars, was just curious!!

Yo'd be surprised how little modified insurance is now. When I had the Astra, I insured it will all mods declared (VXR brakes, Bilstein suspension, rear ARB, remap to 200hp), only put £200 on the normal premium. Went up from £320 to £520.

For a £10k car with £2k worth of mods in N. Ireland, that's pretty damned good.

    The Vectra, it's £290.
