Custom Exhausts In The South?

Hi
Have been searching around for places to see about a custom exhaust for my 1.8 Veccy. Trouble is that all the custom build sites I've visited are based 2 or 3 hour drives away.

Does anyone know if there is a custom build shop anywhere near Guildford in Surrey or the sort of North Hampshire area?

Any suggestions (or preferrably recommendations from personal experience!) will be greatfully received.

No powerflow dealers near you? They get mixed reviews but they're a big company and you've got some comeback if anything goes wrong.

Personally, I'd travel to somewhere recommended, even if it was a it further away.

Yep worth a trip to walsall to mij they done mine . very good job too...

do Guildford do custom builds or is it just all off the shelf is this where you went?
I would prefer to go to MIJ but i'm looking at 2-3 hours to get there, 2+ hours for the work and then 2-3 hours back. This wouldn't be too bad but we've got a grumpy old great dane with a weak bladder that definitely wouldn't be able to tie a knot in it for that long! and i don't fancy mopping up afterwards

I've just been on the top gear site and i'll assume that the big picture in the middle of the home page with "CUSTOM EXHAUSTS MADE" means that they do them on site

Twin or single exit and how much did u pay m8? Im thinking of going to MIJ or theres a Powerflow near me in Newport South Wales!

Twin exit cat back from MIJ is around £350-£400 IIRC, but well worth the trip if you're prepared to make it.

Twin exhaust with 6x4 oval tailpipes with sports cat about £450 i think mate , it was a long day but well worth it they done my remap and eibach springs too ...

Sounds good m8, I bet she can motor! A couple weeks back I was gonna enquire with MIJ about getting a remap and twin exit exhaust done, but Caterman opened my eyes to Angel Tuning after he had his Alfa remapped the other day at only £300, so hopefully some of us on here r gonna do a 'group buy' and cut the price down a bit! How much u pay for remap, exhaust and springs if u dont mind me asking?
