Ive just bought a 2005 (05) Vectra 3.0 CDTI Elite (Auto) and im confused about the facelift and power change dates???? Im not sure if mine is the 177 bhp or the 180 odd bhp model how do I tell??

Also, i'm thinking about getting it chipped can anyone advise me on what is available for chipping and tuning in the north east and what are the pros and cons

I had a 330ci BMW before the Vectra and im loving the Vectra more happy motoring to you all

Pre-facelift is 174 bhp and facelift is 181bhp. I presume your's is a pre-facelift it being a 2005 05.
BSR possibly do a remap for the 3.0 but i'm not 100%.

You can also Regal as they do EDS remaps and I know that Robclowes who is on here had is done and his is a Facelift 3.0cdti

ive read about the fuel pump not being up to the job when chipped????? Anyone know anymore details???.....I had my first good run out today and im over the moon as it returned 45mpg after 100 miles of mixed driving so I got a big smile on my face....

welcome to the site fella, you could go down the road of a tuning box, there is the DTUK box which is suitable and even better, the guy who sells them lives in the northeast. pm me for more details
