Default Would a stealer use the wrong grade oil in a service?

I had a service last week, and they used oil part number 90513470, which someone reckons is 10/40w not 5/30w that it should have. Is there any way anyone on here can check this?
Would a stealer use the wrong oil?
ALSO...how much brake fluid is in a system, they supposed to have changed the brake fluid but only charged me for 1 off 93165409 which I assume is 250ml?

Yes they would use the wrong oil, if they used 10/40 its no issue it just halfs the service interval life. They only use one bottle of brake fluid which is right. I used to work at a dealer breifly so these bits I know

Mine stuck in semi synthetic. Not sure if it was me imagining it but the engine sounded rougher. They swapped it over to the GM 5w30 LL and gave me a free 5l tub to say sorry!

a lot of fleet companies use 10w40 as it is cheaper in the vectra c,you can reset the service display for the shorter service intervals

My local Arnold Clark used 10/40 semi synthetic in my car and even sells the litre bottles of it for topping up but since found out that it should be fully synthetic and a different viscosity.
