help with parcel shelf

Hi can anyone please help me, just took the parcel shelf out and 2 clips fell out, i can see roughly where they fit, but if you have a photo of hing with the parcel shelf off it would help.

is it the two pins in the boot shelf sides or the clips on the shelf

I think you talking about the clips at hinge points marked yellow.


It's a very crude drawing but the hinge bit is black and the clip is in red. Sit the clip as shown and as you slide the shelf into position it bends the clip holding the shelf pin into position "marked yellow" It's a little awkward trying to hold the clips into position and slot it in both sides.
Like i say a crude drawing but i think you will get the idea.

if those clips are bust, they are only £4 a side from VX ( had to change mine) and held on with a few selftappers..

You don`t happen to know the part numbers L/h and R/H took mine out yesterday to clean the car, the wind blew it over and broke both clips.
