I think that is quite normal m8, most cars (not just Vec's or SRi's) are like that for some reason or another ?![]()
mine is the same and it gets on my nerves but i know if i lower the front it will drive different so im going to have to put up with it . after all vauxhall spent millions on developing the suspension so why would i change it. just my opion
Prehaps the load on the front doesn't change much. I imagine if the car was full of people and the boot full that the rear suspension would be set lower, but wouldn't have much effect on the front. Just a guess...
is the back arch not smaller than the front like citroen style if u know what i mean.
Dont know why, but when Andy (Admin) fitted SRi springs to his Elite, the car levelled out wonderfully - maybe the shocks are to blame?
How much lower are Sri springs compared to Elite ones then, and what do they cost??
Funny that! I'm looking out the office at my face lifted version and its the same, slightly lower at the back by approx 10-15mm.#
Wish It was never mentioned its got me looking at the b***** thing now in a different way.![]()
I think it's the design/shape of the rear wheel arch -
