Indicators on a Veccy C

Is it just me that thinks the touch indicators are a pile of sh*t? I despise them. They regularly turn themselves off before I've actually even started to turn the corner as the slightest turn of the wheel in the opposite direction seems to cut them off.

Anyone know if they can be altered? Or ideally changed for normal indicators

I love them, now that I am used to them, I think there are a few cars which have a fault though and they are over sensative, there is a thread about it in the problems section I am sure ?

I like the idea of them. It's the sensitivity of them that really annoys me.

Last bit of your question first - No, I doubt they can be replaced with "normal" indicators.

But they can be improved. My 2003 Vectra had unintuitive indicators. As part of the fix for another fault, Holden replaced the CIM (column information module) and the stalk. The newer parts have a much more definite feel to them. The functionality is still the same but it feels much better.

I concur with Matty's initial comment.......they're sh*te
I've owned nearly thirty cars over thirty odd years, and never have I found working the indicators to be a problem.....until now!
VX obviously thought it was necessary to re-invent the whole set-up, but it's hopeless and is the one single issue that'll stop me buying VX again.

I remember now, It was Doug-SRidirect, *lol*, I told you there was a problem with them, luckily it is the only problem I have not had with mine, (touch wood)
