Boss surfing porn

ok, how do i deal with this.....

My team leader (in his 50's) has been surfing porn all day on the internet.

Then, the cheeky Tw*t comes over and asks me to drop off a job and start on this other thing as it needs finishing by monday night. So i drop onto the new job and crack on. He is meant to be going through the job too and checking things for me alter etc. Just watched him for the last 20 mins and hes still surfing porn. (sackable offence) and no doubt is going to leave everything for me to do

Does your mobile record moving images? Nice way to set it up on the desk behind him recording. Then accidentally forward the clip to your it department or manager.

I can't believe how anyone in the working environment think's they can do this? In the privicy of their own home then thats down to them but in the office! Ceejay is correct though, depending upon the setup of your IT infrastructure and how its implemented.

Let him get on with it. As you know Andy any I.T. dept worth it's salt will monitor internet use anyway, so he'll get caught all by himself.

I wouldn't dump him in it in any way ,but I would say that you don't mind doing the work but you expect him to pull his weight and not surf the net all day leaving you to do the work. Eventually everyone gets what they deserve at work one way or another.

I personally wouldn't bother. Porn isn't on, but then he is the boss and has a much bigger stick than you. Also, he may be doing it to see what reaction the workers will give. so long as your not working all hours to cover his "internet time" then just get on with what they are paying you for. If the firm take a dim view hell get caught - just dont be the one to dob him in cos if he gets a final warning instead of the boot youll be next!
