Duncan,One of the problems is from the merchandise team person who has now been replaced, and an individual. Its only £23 but thats was my £23. The other person alleged to work at VX and could get me a sunglasses holder for £7 and i have been waiting over a month and was told 3 weeks ago it was on its way and nothing and no replies to emails.
depending on the site mate i once bought something and had to wait nearly 4 weeks maybe just taking a bit time. i know when i bought mine it took 2 weeks to arrive in dealership so could be a number of reasons.

I know that sometime suppliers let down clubs with the deliveries etc so it may be out of their hands - but the merchandising guy should've kept you fully informed.
Once we get the merchandising going properly, I'm sure we will be honest, and realistic, with any delivery times. If anything happened that was out of our hands, we'd certainly be upfront and let people know the exact story. Makes for happier members all round!
