Has anyone tried to make and fit a sub enclosure that will fit into one of the cubby holes in the boot of a hatch?

No mate.... have you? Got any pictures?
Wish I had pal, just trying to get my head round it and what it would involve.
I once found a firm that made them for my old pug but can't remember what they were called.
Stealth Boxes ?
Thats it! They make stealth shelves as well. Its coming back to me now I think the firm is called "audio acoustics". Will do a google and get back.
The side panels in the boot are real easy to remove from the car if you need to take a closer look at it.... I had one of mine out a few weeks ago to try and massage a small car park dent out of a rear quarter. I would recommend "dynamatting" the body panels behind the interior panels to cut down vibration if you are gonna hide a sub in there.
Yep got some left somewhere
Had a look around google the firm is called "auto acoustics", there of the shelf stuff is quite bulky and definitely not that stealth. Might have a go at doing it myself. Although google pointed me to a thread on "migweb" of all places, and to a firm that specialises in vaux boot builds. They have just started out and have plenty of pics of full builds if anyone is interested.
