its possible but will take alot of work
You can get an ISO to quadlock adapter loom for the head-unit from various places on e-bay.
BUT
You will need to change the wiring in the display -
possibly changing the display connector from 18 pin to 32 pin
then change from 32pin Half-CAN to 32 pin full CAN layout.
Then on top of that, you will need to add more wires for the CAN communications between the head-unit and display and also the display to the diagnostic socket.
- if you have ECC, you would need to change the heater panel from half-CAN to full CAN.
- if you have button controls, it is not known if the CD30 can be controlled from these.
CD30's were supplied with either no controls or scroller controls.
Programming will be needed if you wish to change to scroller controls.
you know what, its sounds like too much work,i'll just sell the cd30 and display and buy a unit that will fit my car.
You could buy single or double din to fit
I hadn't even mentioned the ISO to Fakra aerial conversion plug / mini loom yet... lol
You could get a decent Alpine or JVC radio for the cost of a very limited Vauxhall OEM radio.
Most Vx radio's have either very limited functionality or less than sparkling sound quality.
