Door Wont Open

Well lads, the front passenger door got stuck on the womans vectra a few months ago, it was like the lock was sticking, it wouldnt open from inside or out, eventually i got it open by having the window open and tugging up hard on the lock pin while opening with the outside handle, i free'd up the lock and thightened up the bar so the there was no play in the handle when opening. But today its happened again and no matter what i do now it wont open from inside or out.... Any ideas what to do as i cant get the door card off with the door closed

Anyone????? Need to get it sorted asap and break as little as possible doin it
