Well went in this morning to have the inner and outer track rods done, rear drop links and front and rear powerflex arb bushes I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this cures my squeak if it doesn't I'm suspecting top mount or wishbone I just hope it fixes it

Should make a nice difference mate.

Paul (PCMalt) did my inner tie rods, track rod ends, front lower wishbones and new drop links on mine yesterday while Dean and I were doing stuff on his cars for him.

Tracking is miles out so needs a re-alignment but the steering is nice and tight again, so should be back to her old self once I get the alignment done.

I hope so Ian it has just taken the fun out of driving her to be honest I'm hoping some new found love will be restored

Think mine could do with similar! Feels like I'm driving a cloud sometimes and there's a metal crunching noise over speed bumps when the engines cold lol

Just out of interest how bigs the bill for that lot?

Not cheap i supplied the parts and they wanted £240 for fitting I don't think they liked the fact I had the parts they said they normally supply and fit and don't normally do this

Thanks mate! I'll have a look into it as I think mine could do with a suspension refresh after 95k!!

I had that grief with my inlet manifold I just had fitted in the end I had a friend of a friend do it for cash so save me a bit but I was getting a lot of grief for supplying my own parts!

I think you'll find its a couple of things..

Garages like to hide some profit in the parts price and labour so the final invoice doesn't look so scary

If you was to supply the wrong parts then they have time to wait for correct parts..
