creaking from the rear

the past couple of weeks the car feels a bit eratic when driving and theres a creaking noise from the rear...anyone know what it could be. It had its mot a few months ago and both rear springs were snapped ,got them fixed ..just wondering if the shocks have gone now?

possible rear shocks/ bushes/ upper control arms all common on here

I've got a creak one side at min, was rear trailing arms when it happened on the 2.2, gonna change these first on the cdti and go from there...
