Thermostat Replacement on 2.0Dti

Is it a hard job? Is there any cutting or modifications involved like with the bracket on the 120 1.9cdti? I searched and searched but couldn't find anything.

How to would be appreciated.

Changed the stat on my vec B 2.2dti - should be the same if not very similar
I simply unplugged and undid the bolts, removed it, replaced the gasket and put the new one in its place. Started the engine and then topped up the coolant as required...

Thanks for the reply very apreciated but as im still a bit of a newbie engine-wise i really need accurate info before i get myself to do it alone.. Anyone done it before?
