Running troubles

Can anyone please help iv got 03 3.2 v6 vectra auto when you put foot down seems to lose power and engine management light comes on sit at 5000 revs and won't pull like it has flat spot can anyone point me in right direction

try doing the pedal test and see what codes come up, i just did it with mine same car but manual, saves expencive tech 2 bills

I've put it on mates diagnostic machine it was f.o.c as a favour it comes up with 001,002,003,004 so cylinders 1,3,5 misfire detached so makes me wonder coil or sensor any ideas what to try please
