Tappets and cams??

Hi after changing valves, engine gaskets and cam/balance chains on z22se I started the car and tappets seemed noisier than before. When the engine warms up there was also a squeak.
I took the cam cover off and it seems there is no oil feeding the cams. Could there be a blockage and where is best to start looking?

I always remember a job i did on a clio where somebody had put the head gasket on the wrong thus blocking the oil pickup. The gasket looked very similar fitted both ways only difference was the oil feed holes. Im not sure if thats possible on the z22 as ive never stripped one down, but may be worth considering

Thinking about it though there was a black grommet with a pin hole in the centre that came off my head when I took it off but there wasn't a new 1 in the gasket kit so fitted it back (which was a pain). Maybe that is blocked...
