corsa EML fault

sister in law has trouble with her corsa. its a 1.2 sxi on a 03. shes just had coil pack replaced, she now has 2 problems

1, in the mornings the EML (car with spanner) will stay on and wont go out untill later in the day then it goes out

2, the engine light will come on when she hits 70mph and goes into limp mode she has to restart engine to get all power back again, ( same happesns when she hits 70mph)

i have connected my code reader but didnt find any faults due to the lights not being on when i tried

any ideas?
