Boost solenoid Pipe - Filter bypass

Was having another OCD engine cleaning session on the CDTI today, the bay itself and then pretty much the internals of everything!

Anyway, after hearing early CDTI's had the pointless bacterial filter, I did this...



To be fair doubt there's a difference, but its a lot neater and I used the existing pipe that curves back on itself in other CDTI's (if makes sense) so its a lot thicker walled and better quality then the eBay one on I had before, ripped in my hand upon removal!...

Is this doing away with them to pipes that go over top of engine down bk to that boxes thing as iv done it this way and seems ok to me
