We got one approaching her test,problems not so much gettin the license its gettin insured on a car of her own cheapest she's come up with is 2 and a half grand,shocking!

@patch22 Have you tried the Co-op new drivers program? A friend was getting crazy prices initially and ended up getting the best deal there. Gets a rerfund every 3 months and next year if no claim is made the premium is halved to £700.

Update on this one. Got her added to my wifes insurance for a 1.8 MG ZR and it was only an extra £650. Thats fully comp and she earns her own NCB too.
