Default Power around the light switch

    Hi guys.

Stuck this here because it's not really a problem.

I've got a boost gauge on the way that requires power, ground and a connection to the illumination circuit. I'm mounting the gauge in the drivers side air vent to the right of the steering wheel but I'm not sure which colour wire does that, or if I can even pick up everything I need there!

    Anyone else fitted one there?

    Cheers.

Mine's on the drivers A pillar, but I took the feeds for it from the back of the dashboard. Grey wire with yellow tracer is your dash illumination any all brown wire for earth and there's a solid black wire on the back of the dash that's ignition live (but test it with a multi meter).

Turns out I need a constant 12v too. Guessing that's around there too? If not, pinch from the radio?

Red wire should be a permanent 12v.
