Strange Warning Loght Combination....

Vectra 150bhp.

I've recently had a new head as I had a glow plug get stuck and snap. Very costly mistake and I plan to never, ever, change one again. However since my new head I keep getting an odd mixture of lights.

Engine Management Light
Coolant Level Light
Spanner Light (Engine electronics, transmission electronics / diesel fuel filter/immobiliser)]

However ONLY EVER ONE AT A TIME. It seems to change every time I drive the car. It picks one ait it will stay on for the duration of the journey.

If I fault scan I only get the P0400 for EGER. However I had a new EGR only a month ago.

Any advice heavily welcomed as not quite sure what to tackle....

Excellent, I'll give that a try. Anything to relieve this headache.

Don't suppose theres a How2 for these? Searching as we speak but getting alot of 'ICE' results.
