Default Chrome Painting - Silver Nitrate

Very tempted to buy this kit come bonus... Anyone seen this process before?

    http://www.customcreationpaints.co.uk/page.html?id=15

its £150 for an 8sq ft kit (£200 for 16) and will cover a fair bit. Got a price for carbon dipping engine covers for a similar price but I'm now thinking of chroming them on the CDTI...

Its a 5 stage process and you get the hand held spray bottles provided, would be tempted then to try on other bits to tie stuff in...

Silver nitrate gets oxydized very, very quickly. How do they keep it shiny over time ?
