Front end sounds like an old hotel bed creak

Been looking on the net trying to find out why my car going over rough terrain sounds like an old creaky bed and it all points towards the arb bushes, I hope so seen as I hit a pot hole and now this sound is there would anyone happen to know what a damaged top strut mount would sound like
