yes it is mate milage dont matter aslong as it being looked after
not sure on the gains with petrol....
Its a 2.0t it gets serviced every 6 months. I have read that I could see 205 210bhp
It's a cheap mod for the result.
Depends on your budget entirely. Mine's running 240bhp, @Caveman_nige is running about 285bhp and there's higher than that out there.
Best bet (and the main tuners for this engine these days) is Maptun http://www.maptun.com/tuningGuide.ph...56&listorder=5
Standard stage 1 from other tuners should give you around the 200-210bhp you were quoting depending on how well maintained your engine is and if you have a CAT back sports exhaust or not basically.
Add a decent CAT back exhaust and bigger 381cc injectors allow you to jump straight to stage 2 Maptun which is 215bhp, bigger turbo - stage 3 (240bhp) and so on and so on.
