When I select the right door mirror for adjustment the left one moves as well as the right? However, when I select the left this moves indepedently. Any thoughts?

Meant to be like that. RTFM Set up the right, then the left. Then if anyone else drives the car they just adjust the right and the left will follow
Thanks Ziggy, Never noticed it before Doh!!
Mine wasn't like that before it got plugged into dodgy-com!

Happened sometime in 2003/2004 IIRC.
As quoted from a 2003 user manual,
Adjusting exterior mirrors: Four-way switch on drivers door
Press switch for left or right hand mirror: four-way switch operates the corresponding mirror.
However, quoting from a 2004 user manual,
Adjust exterior mirrors
If the RH mirror switch is pressed, the four-way switch adjusts the drivers mirror and the passengers mirror, and if the LH mirror switch is pressed, only the passengers mirror is adjusted.
