How many actually read the rules?

I have just read the rules for the first time. I was wondering how many people actually read them before joining and how many just clicked 'I agree'! Just computer software how many actually read the terms and conditions?

Personally I joined, not realising how much time I would come to spend on here so just clicked Ok for a quick sign-up!

And you would be suprised, how many times that us moderators make "user" have to make that click again .

We can see if people have agreed to them, and there fore also "punish" them for not follow them

I don't read the rules,or instructions with things i buy,and i don't read books or newspapers,but it doesn't make me a bad person

Even if there are rules, all too often they are disregarded by companies, organisations, etc., when someone finds a hole in them!

Another forum I was a member of removed some of my posts
I was referred to their T&Cs
The posts I made were well within their T&Cs
Eventually I was given a reponse that "any and all posts may be edited or deleted and you will be informed as to why this was necessary"
Well like doh, but the reason can't simply be refer to the T&Cs
I later found it was due to a spelling error made by a moderator who had edited my posts...
Never been back since

I thought we only had to read and agree to the rules. I didn't know we had to obey them.
