Hopeless Vauxhall

Got car back today after having some work done..cruise control not workin...new stalk needed..
gear box notchy and clunky..dunno what theyve done but its sweet as a nut..nice and smooth

last item...
recall of exhaust clamp...

got it home and took some stuff out of boot..and the exhausts are all wonky and not sitting right..idiots..thats all I've got too stay..

Can you find out what they did? - as I assume we have the same gearbox (6 speed manual). I'm sure mine's not as bad as yours, but I feel that it could be made a bit smoother in changes - especially first to second.

Duncan, gear linkage was found to be out so that has been adjusted!..cant believe how smooth it is..really is great getting back in it and being happy for once to drive it with no niggles!

That's what they adjusted on mine once. Maybe it needs tweaked a bit more. You going to Trax? Would be good to compare. What I think is not quite right may be great to you, if yours has been really bad before!!
