Alpine, totally baffled!

right, i have made my decision i am going to order a alpine head unit this morning, replys dependent! lol now have been looking thru ebay, and compareing with car audio direct, most ebay head units are more expensive???. but i am at a total loss. is it not normally the case the higher model number the better the unit. alpine dont seem to work like that from what i can tell. could some one put me right on what is a good solid alpine unit for around the 200 quid mark, hopefully a little less as i need a surround as well, cheers

does the job from the looks of it and you can also add bits to it at a later date bluetooth etc!!!

i had one very similar in my old gsi and it transformed the standard speakers!!

always wanted an alpine but never had a car worthy of it till now! im running the cd 40 opera just now and its ummmm rubbish! see there worth a bit o cash too, problem would be selling it!

anyone got any clue witch cable/patch lead and what not would be required for stearing controls and screen?

is yours full canbus? if so i think you need the connects2 lead its about £40 if i remember right
