differents in D2S bulb

Hi Guys

just fitted my Original Xenon headlamps

(replacement for my old Halogen ones) (just a question of adding a extra ground wire.. no i didnt put in the xenon level sensors, as i have VX/Opel OEM rear automatic hight level control (made by the shocks) and i do have headlights washers, just need to change the headlight swithc to the "xenon" one)

Ive fitted som cheap D2S bulbs in colur 4300K..

But are the Osram or Phillps ones better than the noname brand ive put in? (they are sadly not e-marked, so can be pulled for that..)

Congratulations with your new lamps. I have change bulbs on several cars from orginal bulbs by osram/phillips to non E-marked bulbs that I have order from China. And I cant se any different in the quality of the light. If you want better light you can change to bulbs with 5000 kelvin (max legal kelvin).

i just wanted to make sure..

Just have to have my lights ajusted.. think its to low.. (just put it up by 1 round, to get more light out).

Well i just stick with the ones i have in then

and as always have a replacement set lying around, as its not every where you can get xenon bulbs here... (and then just hope the ballast or ignitor goes....)

I changed from osram to cheap ones from hids-direct and they were spot on at first but 2 months down the line now and they are god awful!!!

Still look good close up but they are not throwing light anywhere near as far...
