    Default First concert...

    so I'm 36 and I went to my first concert last night, to see.....

    Faithless @ the O2.

    top night, great choons.... the crowd went off when he dropped Insomnia...

    got back home at 2:30 this morning.

    great night, even my 8 year lad went and had a really good time. he sang all the words to mass descruction...

    been to way too many concerts, almost deaf in one ear now

    I was tempted to bring ear plugs but the wife said no, I wish I had even if it was for the lad.

    Yes they do play havoc with the lugs. My first concert was Led Zep at Knebworth 1979, one word, WOW!!!

    Next was AC/DC at City hall, Newcastle. Oh the memories

    Foo fighters @ "T-in the park" a few years ago! Rocked! Seen em again @ Manchester, they know how to play an audience.
    Paramore, Hayley williams hits every note while running round on stage.
    want to see Kings of Leon, Linkin park and Rhianna when i get chance

    yep not as loud these days normally, should be alright.

    Used to go to The Monsters of Rock brill gigs

    Always been to concerts and yep plays havoc with the ears over time. I have moulded ear plugs for work so use them

    I have tickets for Roger Waters in May at Liverpool. Seen Floyd a few times, awesome.

    I used to go to alot of big gigs in my youth,Donington Park in '88' was amazing,and very loud stood next to the biggest speaker stack ive ever seen.
    Only go to smaller more intimate shows now,next one being Rumer at The Sage.
    Really looking forward to it.
