I am fitting a Parrot CK3100 to my 2008 Vectra 1.9 120 CDti and I have purchased a new patch lead for the car.
I have the kit and patch lead fitted tot he car and all works as it should except.... I cannot find an auxiliary power lead which the kit requires.
I had tried connecting to the cigarette lighter power lead but this requires the ignition of the vehicle to be on and I don't like that. I want the kit to come on at the accessory setting but as yet have not found an auxiliary power lead in the centre console.
Someone is bound to have had the problem before so I would like to hear how they did as a solution.
Looking forward to your replies.
Hi
Not sure if im right ? but as you havent had an answer yet.
Now i've posted this you will prob get a better answer lol
Does not pin 15 connect to your patch lead to give permanent live.
Can you not connect both to the same pin, Perm and ignition
pins 1 to 8 are speaker wires
pin 9 is the green can High wire
pin 10 is the white Can Low wire
pin 11 black is telemute (when shorted to earth)
pin 12 thick brown - chassis earth
pin 13 red/white - aerial feed
pin 14 white - dash speaker wire
pin 15 Red - +12 volt battery supply
pin 16 yellow - dash speaker wire
