Many moons ago, when I was building a kit car, I had cracks all over the Fibreglass parts, and when I spoke to a bodyshop and asked what the best way to get rid of them, his answer was to fill and the spray the parts.

Not what I wanted to hear, so I just got some coloured polish and gave them a good polish. Fibreglass moves, so unless you use a special paint (or so I'm told) little cracks will always appear.

Thats what i thought, my mate who owns a body shop says there a pig to get rid of so just to paint it again...

But he's doing it for free so i can see why he'd say that lol, i always prep my own stuff anyway so i'll skim and fill it again when time comes...
