    Default Indicator fuse

    Good morning all.

    Does anyone know which fuse is for the indictors on the vectra-c facelift? I've searched the manual and either being totally blind, or it's not listed.

    Got a problem this morning where my display has said my rear left indicator bulb is blown... but replacing it has made no difference. All other indicators work, so I'm pretty sure it wont be a fuse, but thought it was something I should check before getting the car booked into a garage.

    indicators are on a relay turn hazard lights on and look at each bulb

    vecs slave other bulbs in same cluster for safety

    Thanks for the reply. All other bulbs seem to work ok when on hazards, but when signaling left the front and side repeater flash faster, and the display on the dash says the "rear left" bulb needs checking. Indicating right is totally fine and normal.

    Are the relays easy enough to replace? The manual doesn't make any reference to them.

    Your post isn't clear in that I can't fathom out if the offending bulb works when you have the hazzards on, but doesn't when you indicate left.

    If it doesn't work at all, have you fitted the correct bulb? Have you tried taking the one out of the RH side and trying it in the LH side.

    Hi. Sorry. To clarify, the rear NSR indictator doesn't flash at all, either when indicating or on hazards. I haven't checked the wattage of the bulb I put in, so will do that, however when I took the original bulb out, it looked intact to me so wasn't really too surprised when the new one failed to make a difference. I'll also try the suggestion of moving the OSR bulb into it's place and see what happens.

    I'll go do that now.

    You might want to try cleaning up the bulb contacts in the cluster while you've got the bulb out.

    Well, that's weird. Walked up to the car and clicked the remote. Only OSR bulb flashed. Checked the wattage of the new bulb and it was the same "12V PY21W". Took the OSR bulb out and replaced it with the *original* bulb that was supposedly dead, and placed the OSR bulb into the NSR cluster... and now both work fine! Both on hazard and indicators.

    Think you may be right... some dodgy contract / dry joint. Have to see if it happens again I guess.
