    Default Is it an MOT fail?

    At present my headlights are not self levelling and the reason is yet to be confirmed, however if the lights are manually adjusted to the correct height whilst stationary is this legal for an MOT?

    Thats answered my question mate, cheers, and it seems its a no its not a fail so long as they are the correct height.
