So, yea... Skyline.

Has anybody else seen this? -What did you think?

If you have not, only see it if you have a free copy or a cineworld/equivalent as it is the worst film that I have seen for a long old while.

The majority of the film is strung along with a poor storyline, but it is just enough to keep you interested. The end is so twisted (and rubbish I might add) that it made me angry lol

I thought that it in some way ripped off The Matrix, Independance Day, Gears of War and in a way Cloverfield.

this film was rushed out in advance of battle L.A. that comes out in march

this is an equivalent of independance day meets black hawk down and is filmed from the perspective of the Grunts .... the trailer was released on Monday and it looks superb.

the music played on the trailer is very haunting and i managed to locate the track and download it as its very good - I cant wait for this film to be released ...just a shame this one was poo!

I just had a quick watch of the trailer at work, no sound, but it does indeed look very good... Good find mate!

Something else to look forward to I guess

oh no, the trailers have been making this look awesome, getting me excited (my sort of film) but, arrgggg, what a let down if its as crap as you say...

STEER CLEAR!! - i saw this the other day and its a cross between war of the worlds and independence day except a lot more random!

Kinda a film outta nowhere really. Strauus brothers could really have done better as in concept its not bad idea but nothing we aint seen before lets face it,

The effects are really good but the story and as for the ending all very very wishy washy. I saw trailers and was like oooooooooo but was very much ahhhhhhhhhhhhh at the end.

Glad i seen it yes but thats as far as it'll go because this is one sci fi blu ray i'm in no hurray to get sadly.

Downloaded it is then... though it might be worth big screen for effects. appears not. shame....

IMHO the effects were quite good, the letdown was the crappy script and the terrible ending! It's not like the acting put me off, it just could have been done a lot better!

If they had explained why this was happening, or indeed where the aliens were from then it may well have worked. As it stands, I was left wondering a bit too much at the end of the film.. I would pay to see a second one just in hope of them giving away a few answers!

Forgot about this... Just watched it and agree, well except for the "paying" to see the second lol...

Although i hope they make one (even straight to dvd) just to explain it all...
