The temp sensor for glowplugs is located to left of engine as you look at it, You have to remove engine cover 1st then look to left you will see the thermostat housing and just above that is a sensor plug ontop of a brass nut.
Remove plug and then undo nut HTH

Thanks for reply, but not after the engine coolant temp sensor. having starting probs when cold. Been looking through live data and noticed the fuel temp is 94 degrees c! Thinking its prob a duff temp sensor but not sure where it is located. know that on mk4 astra its in the pump, hoping not the same on mine! Thanks in advance for your help
Only other temp sensor i know off is the outside temp sensor and this is located in front of radiator clipped to bottom of bumper, I didnt think there was a fuel sensor![]()

Might be inside the pump then, unless the reading is picked up by something else? Did have a look on autodata but couldn't find it. Pretty sure the fuel filter housing lid is only a fuel heater, not a temp sensor?
Thanks for your help though mate, will do some more investigating at work tomorrow![]()
