Default Painting calipers and vauxhall stickers??

Nxt time we get a nice ish day for the time of year! I think im gunna do this little mod, but... I know this sounds dumb but, how is it done and what do you paint... Ie.. Do u rub the caliper wi wet n dry before paint?? And which parts do you paint do you do just the front and top and leave clips etc...? Sori if its an obvious thing to people but ive never done it before. Also the vauxhall decals people have, are the worth it and stay on? And where are these from? Last but not least.. My car is the thunder silver.. So what colour? Im thinking the vxr blue! Any pics welcome!! Thanks guys

VXR blue would be nice, considered red ?

When I did mine, i power washed them a bit first, when cleaning the car (not essential)
Then just wored brushed the while calliper untill it looked clean. Then, simply painted them. I painted the calliper, the carrier and around the disc dust cover thing, oh also the hub part of the disc. The stickers are good, dont thinks they will last long on their own but stick some clear laquer over the top of the sticker and they will last a very very long time Hope this helps.
