Put mine on today too and have to say.. makes a big difference lower down the revs
All for a £5 and ten mins work.. bargain!
is there any pictures around to show how to do this. after just shelling out £695 for a new inlet manifold, due to swirl valve issues, i'm keen to stop this happening again.

fitted mine today after an EGR clean. Threw the P0400, so I drilled the holes out to 10mm. Still threw the code, so I am now trying with a few more holes. Hope it isn't the valveOk, drilled three 5mm holes strategically in it and.... we have a winner, it seems to have brough it inline with what ever the tolerence is.
No noticable difference to performance other than down to the fact I have a clean egr.
Just a little tip for anyone who is fitting this (although you'll all probably figure it out)..
There's a bit of the gasket that sticks out so put this at the top, that way if you remove the egr you can keep hold of the gasket so it doesn't fall down into the engine.
probably been covered a million times so slap me for being lazy... but what are the part numbers for this?![]()
Fiat P/N 55225287
Just to update, I have just been to buy another of these gaskets (as I lost my other) and they have updated it to part number 55226183 which is a single gasket (proper gasket, not a flat piece of metal) and the tidy sum of £2.40.
Just to re-iterate, this gasket is for the 120 CDTi EGR system (but fits to the exhaust side of the 150 EGR).
oooh... looks like I need another gasket![]()
