    Default Another dash wrap.....

I've seen all your threads on carbon dash wrapping and really like what i've seen. So much so that I decided to give it a go myself.

My signum came standard with the horrible (imo) dark wood/ash effect trim so have been dying to get this job sorted.

It was an easier job than I thought but was fairly time consuming as I needed to remove the door cards to do the door trims correctly.

I've managed to end up with a bubble free, error free finish and i'm extatic!!

    There are the results:

impressive!, did you remove the door card trims from the door card, or just remove the door cards to make is easier?

    Thanks mate!!

I had to remove the trim from the door card too to ensure I could "wrap" the film around the trims.

They are heat rivited on and can be removed by breaking the plastic rivits with a screwdriver. This takes about 30 seconds each on each door card.

Once the trims were wrapped I bonded them back into place with a few dabs of sealant. Job done
